Rules & Regulation of Library

  1. Students will not be allowed to use the library in absence of the college cum library identity card.
  2. Strict silence and discipline must be maintained in the library.
  3. Periodicals, special collection and reference materials shall not be borrowed.
  4. Marking, underlining or writing on library books is strictly prohibited.
  5. All mobile phones should be turned off or set to silent in the library..
  6. Eating, sleeping and talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the library.
  7. Chairs, tables and other library equipment fittings and furniture may not be marked defaced and disarranged, otherwise indisciplinary action will be taken.
  8. Users will be fully responsible for loss or misuse of book. If the book has lost report to the librarian immediately.   If you are faulty fine will be as per library rules and no excuse will be accepted.
  9. The Librarian may amend the library rules and regulations as and when necessary.
  10. Books can be recalled any time by the library authority whenever it required.
  11. In case student loses his/her card then he/she should report the loss of card immediately to the librarian and apply for a duplicate card.

  13. The college leaving certificate will be issued to users only after he/she has returned all the library books, college & library cum identity card and cleared all the library dues.
  14. You should return according to schedule pasted on notice board. After the prescribed date or schedule a fine will be there otherwise you will not get your D.M.C. and others.

Anyone who violates the rules and regulations of the library would be liable to lose the privilege of library membership.
